See how we test water quality at the confluence of the Whetstone Brook and Connecticut River.

Join your CRC River Steward, Kathy Urffer, and CRC volunteer, Denise Glover at the confluence of the Whetstone Brook and Connecticut River, as they demonstrate how to test water quality. This is a partnership with the Wantastiquet Subcommittee of the Connecticut River Joint Commission and the NH Volunteer River Assessment Program to collect data on multiple parameters to assess the ongoing health of our waterways. Multiple sites are sampled monthly during the summer.

It is helpful if you can register in advance, but feel free to just come as well!
